THE FUN TASTING NOTES:
The start of every great night (or day – whatever floats your boat) needs a caffeine kick in the ass. Pairs beautifully with Kahlúa and a shot of coffee. Yup, you’ve guessed it! Who doesn’t like to start their night with an Espresso Martini?
THE LESS-FUN TASTING NOTES:
Appearance – Colour
Dark like our souls but strong enough to awaken the dead. It’s what most Melburnians like to wake up to, except a little stronger.
Smell – Nose – Aroma – Flavour – Taste – Palate
Whilst it still has all of the beautiful botanicals from Australia and around the world. The main suspect here is what you would expect, which is espresso. It’s the type of coffee your grandparents would have given you in the 50’s.

INGREDIENTS
JUNIPERS
Their own mother wouldn’t recognise them after what they go through.
TONKA BEAN
Like the trucks but better in gin.
CASSIA
The old Chinese cinnamon.
LEATHERWOOD HONEY
This stuff lives its life in the bottle.
NATIVE LEMON MYRTLE
Not actually a lemon.
LEMON VERBENA
It’s a plant this one, not a lemon.

Iconic Melbourne comboA Melbourne made gin paired with coffee.. it doesn’t get any better. Goes incredibly well in an espresso martini or mix things up with a coffee Negroni feat a wedge of orange ???? delicious
LOVE LOVE LOVE ITI ordered a bottle of the chilli gin and after 1 sip had to buy 2 more bottles lol. The flavour is amazing. So many claim to have flavours but you can barely taste it (especially chilli). This is a new fav. Can’t wait for the coffee one to come back in stock so I can try it too. Love your work Evil Spirits!
GREAT GIN by GREAT PEOPLE.A friend bought me a bottle of this as a gift and I being a huge gin fan I was unsure what to expect as I hadn’t heard of Death Gin before. After a few sips, my mind is blown. This is a damn good gin and I’ve since purchased all flavours. I’ve also purchased bottles as gifts for friends during the lockdown as delivery was fast and customer service was excellent. I emailed to ask if they could put a card in one as it was a birthday gift and they went out of their way to make it very special. Great gin made by great people. Keep it up legends.

I am in love with coffee gin Day one have used as a base for espresso martini.
Also tried it just with tonic. Just divine.
Never heard of Death Gin but am looking forward to trying some other flavours.
Sin CityExpresso Martini Heaven! If you’re going to sin, it might as well be in style. Hand-crafted, supporting local artisan makers, and what a bottle … my twenty-year-old just popped a candle in the top and has a new gothic room decor. I’ve apparently earned tie-in points from “Gideon the Ninth” fans all over IG.
Loving Coffee Gin – I purchased the trio of gins. So far have only tasted the coffee variety and I am very impressed with it. Crisp gin with the after taste of coffee. I have had this on ice and mixed with several types of colas. I really have enjoyed it very much
What’s not to love?Coffee and gin together, my two favourite drinks. Heavenly.

Australia Post won’t give it to me.
They keep hiding it hoping I’ll give up.
I know they want it but my need is far greater.
Please, Please Mr Postie give it to me.
