Death Gin Espresso Martini

Not that we are looking to toot our own horn (ok, we are), but sickly sweet, cheap and nasty Espresso Martini’s are so 2017.
We’ve decided this is where a damn good Espresso Martini is at, and we dare you to give it a whirl!
- 45ml Death Gin Coffee
- 30ml Dark Chocolate Liqueur (we use Naked Dark Cacao by White Possum)
- 30ml of Mac. by Brookies (a roasted Macadamia and Wattleseed liqueur)
- 15ml Aquafaba (or half an egg white)
- Garnish with shaved chocolate
Ensure you have a chilled Martini glass handy.
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake like your life depends on it.
Strain into your chilled martini glass and garnish with some shaved chocolate.
