Where is my parcel?
A.

Deliveries may be a bit slower than usual as we work with our delivery partner to ensure the health and safety of their staff. We can assure you the package has left our warehouse, as we are packing up a storm to dispatch your orders ASAP to minimize delays on our end. Your parcel may look like it has not moved on your tracking reference – it’s definitely left our warehouse and it’s on it’s way to you! We’re sure you’re all desperate for a drink, and we’re so humbled to be to share our spirits with you and we wholeheartedly appreciate your patience and support.

What is the shelf life of your gin?
A.

Infinity! That’s what we love about spirit – the only agricultural product that never goes off. The flavor will degrade over time subtly if not properly stored but it will be safe to drink forever! Best stored in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.

Q.
How can I purchase a sold out limited edition gin?
A.

Sadly, once our limited editions are gone; they are gone. As we love the constant creativity of crafting one of a kind gins, we will never recreate a gin exactly – although they may take on other forms – i.e our Desert Lime gin became the base of our Navy Gin.

Is your gin gluten free/vegan/nut free?
A.

We begin with an amazingly neutral grape-based spirit and begin to infuse it with an intricate recipe of 20 different botanical ingredients – half being native to Australia and half being classical to the style of Gin – which of course means: plenty of Juniper!

Do you send orders overseas?
A.

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver anywhere outside of Australia. Make sure you are viewing the website as an international visitor, then please see our stockist page for information on stores and online retailers local to you.

Are you kid friendly?
A.

Unfortunately, our Death Gin license doesn’t allow children in any area of the premises with drinks service.

Q.
Can I return my order for a refund?
A.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Death Gin will refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please email us at orders@deathgin.com.au.

You are responsible for the additional postage charges.

When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. The refund may take up to 2 business days.
