Spicy Gibson

Supposedly, the Gibson was created in San Francisco and named after the patron who requested it – “a martini with a cocktail onion instead of an olive, thanks”, just like that!

We are heating it up a little and recommend this for the fiery types!

Ingredients:

  • 70ml Hot Chilli Death Gin
  • 15ml Dry Vermouth

How to:

Combine gin and vermouth into a chilled glass with a lump of ice, stir until very cold and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 cocktail onions on a cocktail pick.
