Festive Thyme Fizz

Let’s face it, it’s not Christmas if you don’t have copious amounts of sparkling wine in the fridge, right?
Sweet, crisp and bubbly… Even your Aunt Gladys will be taking several helpings!
- 20ml Death Gin
- 20ml Mango puree
- 60ml Australian Sparkling Wine
- Garnish: Fresh thyme, Aunt Gladys probably has some growing in her garden
Combine your gin and mango puree into a mixing glass with ice and stir.
Strain into a Champagne flute and top with Australian Sparkling Wine.
Add your thyme garnish and sip sip sip away!
